By submitting this form, I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. I am authorized on behalf of the company I represent to release both Mt. Hope Auction, Co. and Mt. Hope Showcase. LLC, their officers, agents, and employees from any liability such as bodily injury, property damage (including merchandise and equipment), personal injury, and medical payments that may occur while the represented company and its employees are occupying any of the Mt. Hope Auction premises; which may be caused from natural disasters or man made disasters such as fire, theft, flooding, etc. The liabilities and disasters listed herein are not an all inclusive list and any incident that shall happen but not be specifically listed herein will be deemed as included under this agreement for releasing both Mt. Hope Auction, Co. and Mt. Hope Showcase of any responsibility. Mt. Hope Auction, Co. and Mt. Hope Showcase, LLC advise all companies participating in the show to have a commercial liability policy of no less than $500,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence.
